I have autism. I was diagnosed at 28 months old. As a young child, my needs were significant. My family supported me by getting me help. I received extensive therapies throughout my life. These services contributed to my success as an independent adult who applied for, interviewed, and is currently one of your employees. I was open and honest about my autism during my interview and felt appreciated and accepted.
