Looking for Calmness

When Lindsey was young our days consisted of multiple therapy appointments, many Dr. appointments, teacher phone calls, and paper work. Though there were very few, I could sometimes find a day of no appointments, no paper work, and maybe a day with no temper tantrum. It seemed to be when I was at my braking point that I would get a few hours of calmness, or even a day. What is one thing in your day that is calm or peaceful? For me when Lindsey was young it was going to the gym and getting a good work out. Today it’s having a cup of coffee in the morning, going for a walk, and doing some deep breathing. In this time of covid 19 what are you doing to find calmness?
