Bon Appetit

Lindsey is enjoying her time at home cooking foods from all over the world. From paella to sweet and sour chicken with mix veggies and rice. Who would of thought with all the food sensitivities Lindsey had, that she would love cooking and eating so many different foods.

Before Lindsey went to Spain, she had all of us over for a Spanish themed dinner. She made tortilla espanola (Spanish omelet), gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp), sangria, and flan. It was one of the best meals are family had. I can’t wait for Lindsey next themed dinner.
