Dance has always been a big part of my life. I could dance before I could walk. Dance helps with my anxiety and depression. Dancing is the time I can be my full self. It is a time where I can be in the moment and leave all my worries behind. Dance is how I express myself when I can’t say it in words. If you are having fears or tears try dancing it out. If you have hopes and or dreams try dancing it out. If you are in need for a good laugh try dancing it out.
